Agreement

These Terms apply when you use p31naturalhaircare.com, send a booking request, book an appointment, buy a membership, or receive a service from P31 Natural Hair Care ("P31," "we," "us"), owned by Shannel Nelson in Charlotte, NC. By doing any of these, you agree to these Terms.

Booking

• A booking request sent through our website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is confirmed once we confirm it and any required deposit or payment is received.
• Please give accurate contact details so we can confirm and remind you.

Booking Policies

Our Booking Policies are part of these Terms and are incorporated here by reference. They cover deposits, cancellations and rescheduling, late arrivals, no-shows, starting prices, Wig Revamp drop-off, mobile and event styling, the Unlimited Wash & Blow Dry membership, and payments. By booking, you agree to them.

Text Messages

We only text you if you tick a consent box on our booking form. There are two separate, optional boxes: appointment and service messages (confirmations, reminders and service updates) and marketing messages (special offers, discounts and new service updates). You can agree to one, both or neither. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Age requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Services

• Prices listed as "starts at" are starting prices. Your final price is confirmed at your appointment based on length, density and style.
• Please tell us about scalp conditions, allergies or sensitivities before your service. Our scalp care is not medical care; if something needs a doctor, we'll tell you.
• Results vary with hair type, condition and at-home care.
• We may decline or reschedule a service if it isn't safe for your hair or scalp.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, in person by tap or through a secure payment link. Membership fees are billed as described in our Booking Policies. Refunds are given only as those policies describe.

Using This Site

Site content, including photos and text, belongs to P31 Natural Hair Care and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Please don't misuse the booking form, for example by sending spam or false information.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, P31 Natural Hair Care is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it. These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
