Booking Policies

Deposits

• A $25 deposit is required to book any service over $25. It is refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours ahead (see below).
• Services priced at $25 or less (Wash & Blow Dry, Scalp Consultation) are paid in full at booking.
• Your deposit goes toward your service total. You pay the remaining balance at your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment: full refund of your deposit.
• Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment: your deposit is non-refundable.
• Use the reschedule link in your confirmation text or email, or call/text (980) 384-3711.

Starting Prices

• Loc Retwist / Style, Braid / Sew-In Takedown and Wig Revamp are starting prices. Your final price is confirmed at your appointment based on length, density and style.

Wig Revamp Drop-off

• Wig Revamp is a drop-off service. Your unit is ready the same day or the next day, and it can stay overnight.

Mobile & Events

• Graduations, parties and weddings are quoted individually and invoiced. Travel is included in your quote. Book 2 weeks to 2 months ahead.
• Deposit and payment terms appear on your invoice.

Unlimited Wash & Blow Dry Membership

• $75 per month. Detangling is an extra $10 per visit.

Payments

• Pay in person by tap (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) on Shannel's phone, or by a secure Stripe payment link sent by text or email.

Text Messages

We only text you if you tick a consent box on our booking form. There are two separate, optional boxes: appointment and service messages (confirmations, reminders and service updates) and marketing messages (special offers, discounts and new service updates). You can agree to one, both or neither. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
